Clinical Psychologist Registrar

Pauline is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar. She has recently completed her Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Murdoch University. Her Master degree thesis involved Exploring Psychologist’s Identification and Management of Ethical Dilemmas. Pauline is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Clinical Psychologist Association. Pauline has had many years’ experience working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. Her training and ensuing practice has led to her drawing on many different theoretical and therapeutic approaches according to the needs of each client, in order to understand, and facilitate, the changes sought. These include strategies arising within more insight orientated therapy approaches that draw on psychodynamic principles, as well as skills adopted from a cognitive behavioural and schema approach, attachment theory, and mindfulness.
Her areas of interest involve working with adults, children and adolescents and their families, and working collaboratively with schools to support the emotional needs of the individual.
